A basic recipe for pastry
300 gr. flour
300 gr fresh egg
300 gr sugar
300 gr fresh melted butter
130 ml fresh milk
20 gr baking powder
To taste add pineapple or peach
Bake time 45 min 180 C

300 ml water
100 gr vegetable shortening
½ tablespoon oregano
